About Me

Who I Am

I’m a cloud engineer and ETL developer with around 5 years of experience in system support, data operations, and process optimization. I work mostly with AWS, Linux, Python, and SQL, and I enjoy building automation that saves time, reduces surprises, and behaves like a grown-up in production.

My background is in Mechanical Engineering from Dr. B. C. Roy Engineering College, and over time I shifted from machines and mechanics to cloud, data, and infrastructure that still need to run smoothly every single day.

When I’m Not Coding

When I’m not configuring something in my homelab or learning a new tool, I’m usually:

  • gaming and getting a little too invested in digital worlds,
  • listening to music (almost everything sounds better with a soundtrack),
  • riding my bike for long distances just to see where the road goes,
  • or at the gym, chasing fitness progress and clearing my head.

Travel Mode

I’m a fairly spontaneous explorer. I like mixing:

  • unplanned walks and rides with “let’s see where this road ends”,
  • nature, beaches, and places that look too good to be real,
  • and big cities, nightlife, and fun chaos when the mood is right.

Debugging infrastructure feels a bit like traveling: you never fully know what you’ll run into, but it’s always a story later.

Fun Facts & Chaos

  • I treat long bike rides like cloud architecture: start with a plan, adjust on the fly.
  • I’m always one update away from breaking and improving my homelab at the same time.
  • Music makes everything better… except dependency errors.

What’s Next

I’m currently focused on:

  • getting AWS certified and going deeper into cloud architecture,
  • building more automation and AI agents that can handle routine work,
  • making my infrastructure smarter, cleaner, and easier to reason about,
  • and exploring opportunities to work abroad or work from anywhere.
